Second Saturdays are held, you guessed it, on the Second Saturday of the month!  We will feature exciting and/or informational speakers on pressing topics of our time.  Staunton, Augusta, Waynesboro, Highland, and Bath Republican Committees are sponsors of this event.  However, this is not a fundraiser.  The cost is strictly for breakfast, gratuity and tax.  Several folks asked that we try to bring back a Saturday morning tradition that was stopped a few years ago.  We’ve done that, and we hope that you can join us.  Please RSVP so we can tell the restaurant how many people to expect.

Cynthia Dunbar is an American patriot of Native-American descent.  She currently is an author, public speaker, attorney and Vice President of Curriculum and Instruction for Global Educational Ventures. She is a former elected member of the Texas State Board of Education, Assistant Professor of Law and Advisor to the Provost of Liberty University, and appellate attorney.  While attending Law School at Regent University Dunbar received three separate American Jurisprudence Awards for excellence, and was a founding editor of the Law Review of Regent University School of Law.  She has since conducted over 25 years of research and studies involving Constitutional and common law issues.

She has received both national and international media attention including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, PBS, Dateline, Dateline Australia, Norwegian International Radio, BBC Radio and the London Guardian, among others. She has been featured in the New York Times Magazine, on Hardball with Chris Matthews, frequently seen on Fox News and is a regular contributor addressing educational policy issues on Fox and Friends. She wears as a badge of honor that she has earned the contempt of the liberal media, Keith Olbermann’s Worst of the Worst and Right Wing Watch.

Her passions include ensuring academic freedom for all students, educating American citizens and policy makers on the rights reserved to the people and the states within our Constitutional Republic, and ultimately restoring respect for, and adherence to, our Constitution.
